Feel free to do Explorations 1 (pages 55–59) and 2 (pages 59–66) prior to this exploration for a deeper experience. Also remember that Exploration 3 (pages 66–79) is designed to be used whenever you hit a roadblock or some kind of resistance in your Core Embodiment Process — so if, as you are exploring each of the different wisdom areas, you uncover some resistance, that would be an indicator to use Exploration 3 (but certainly not to give up and tell yourself the process simply does not work or does not work for you).
